LIFE AND DEATH
The collection Life And Death, Autumn Winter 2012 /
2013 is following the latest collection, presented at ModaLisboa: RROM Spring Summer 2012. Still travelling through the inner reflection of its own form of being and thereby trying to bring out the
character of Vitor inside of V!TOR, this new collection is a celebration of life, that is reflecting its own idea of death.
The obvious inspiration for this collection is based on the work of Marina Abramovic and emphasizes though the discursive act of the work in a social frame, associated with different contents and rituals of the end of life, by shaping a deep reflection of the honour of death or the celebration of the life of Vitor, hereby staging his own funeral.
The result is a black answer to the previous collection, where some of the details float into the actual collection and where all blacks are not completely black. They are shimmering derivatives of black.All comfortable materials are coming together in variations of synthetic materials, as well as a big range of different black cottons.
